Equipment for Anilox rolls and Sleeves cleaning with high pressure water, available in sizes 800-1000-1700-2500-3400-4000 Made in two different versions: painted stainless and full stainless steel.
It can be equipped with a lot of options, including the additional trolley that allows the simultaneous insert of two Anilox.
The process is carried out by washing with warm detergent, discharging it into the dedicated recirculation system, rinsing with high pressure water and perfectly drying the Anilox or Sleeve.
Keeping in mind the intent to grant the greatest protection to the anilox during the washing and at the same time its best cleaning situation, Prin-Tech decided to design and carry out a unit able to grant a perfect cleaning of the Anilox, without damaging any part of it, together with a great use easiness. Not less important, with the assurance to act in environmental conditions, with reduced operational costs.
